Title: Sklo Union Vase?

Hello

Would love to know where this vase hails from.  I have my Sklo suspicions because of the "birdbath" base, but I know someone out there will know for sure.

It's 6" tall and is very heavy for it's size.

Sklo Union? Yes.
Designer?
Jiri Zejmon.
In the SU database and catalogues on the CD-R.
