I'm afraid your asking the wrong person for that I asked my kids how you do that and I'm still waiting for one of them to show me,I'm a total dork when it comes to that sort of thing, give me a hammer and nails any day.

It's listed under 'Nice Moser green glass elephant model' item number 330365638558,if that helps?

Royo made some Elephants like the one on ebay but they are usually enamelled but not always , some people are still listing Royo as Moser . A lot of Royo is coming onto the market now from the USA listed as Moser ~Panic selling~ now the word is spreading . Ask if the one on ebay is signed . ~ Royo the Gordiola glassworks Algaida Majorca .~IMHO JP

The one I saw in the shop had no marks and was pretty much identical to the ebay one, thanks for the info, might still get it; if I remember it was quite cheap.

Hi Keith, we have just the thing to help you: http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,19556.0.html - just copy the code from that topic and add the eBay sale number to the end of it and you'll have made a working link to the listing. :)

I think we've already had these on here; do a search for elephants, but not Moser

I am warching the same elephant on Ebay. I bought two of these elephants in amber a couple of weeks ago. I also wanted to know who made them and when but didn't really trust the Moser identification on ebay. Mine are unsigned, very nice smooth glass. They have come from two different moulds , the feet are very different and one has less mould lines visable. I think they are pipe rests. I love them!!!! Cheryl.

Oh , i just remembered the seller said they belonged to his late wife and had owned them for 30 to 40 years. Cheryl

I have seen two similar ones on ebay in the last year but both were enamelled and signed Royo .
-
I saw two (different colours) at a bootfair on the same table and both looked new. :o

I think these are made by Stelvia in Empoli - so you may see them appear in any imaginable colour, including black, opaque light blue, and in frosted variants. I also suspect these have been in production for at least 40 years. And as for Moser - pooh.

Thanks for all the replies, didn't think they were Moser,as for the techie tip re- pasting etc.. will try, probably wreck my computer and have to get the kids to fix it,I'm used to punch cards and teleprinters(showing my age)
