Title: scandinavian italian ? id needed please

Hi, id needed
bowl is 7 1/8 inches wide 2 1/4 inches high
heavy glass bowl
red in the middle, amber on outside rim
any thoughts appreciated

a friend just bought  a simaliar bowl at an antique fair,
it was described as murano alabastro opalino by segaso
any thoughts
