Title: I guess any glass blower could make this self-righting vase. Any ideas ? Ta !

8 1/4 inches in height. I tried taking a photo of the base and it kept popping back up again (had to weigh it down in the end)! Possibly 1960's/70's.
Any ideas on the maker would be great. Were these fashionable at one point  :spls: ? Thanks very much .
