Title: White floor standing candle holder, cased. Help need to identify please

Hi
I've had this a good while but so far come up with nothing on where it could from.
It is 11 3/4" tall.  The candle bowl is 4 1/4" and the foot 4" in diameter.
anyone any ideas please?
