Hi Ali,
welcome to the board, cant help much on your pieces, but this decanter certainly looks as if its
circa mid 19th century in style, the stopper , im sure is original,
is there signs of age to the decanter, scratch and wear marks to the base??
These items are often copied , but the stopper and neck rings point to c1840,
it could be Bohemian, but maybe English, probably unlikely to get a definite origin.
Hope this helps a bit.
Cheers,
Andy
