Title: ID kindly requested for a pair of spill vases please.

Hello

This pair are 4¾" tall, and 3" across the top.

They are in the palest blue glass I have seen to date.

If you have an idea of manufacturer and approximate year, then I would be very grateful.

Still no further ahead with these.  Would appreciate any help.  Another photo here, showing a fan detail at the rim..
