Title: Long tailed bird,Wedgewood?

Have a couple of owls and a pair of hedgehogs,all marked, is this Wedgewood?Keith.

Don't think so. Even Wedgwood seconds have lovely shiny bottoms

Did wonder about the base,like you said they are polished,Chinese copy maybe?
