Title: Ysart Bros?

I doubt if this weight is from Strathearn (even if an experimental one) but could it be a Salvador or Ysart Bros? Any idea?

Strathearn did make some experimental weights (Herbert Dreier certainly made some, and so did others, I think. Herbert made butterflies amongst other things), but this could well be Salvador.  I'm sure Kev H will know.

The base is certain not Strathearn.
