Title: Is this Sklo Union? - ID = Lausitzer Glas, 'Rom' pattern

Hi all,

Stands 250mm tall, rim diameter 120mm, deep "inkwell" base, typical S.U. kingfisher-blue, heavy piece 1350g

Have gone through Marcus's cd with above perameters on a vase search but nothing jumps out.  

Any info would be helpful, and ID great..... TIA M & S
