Hi Sandy...i don't think this is Blenko...the colour isn't right and the bottom is to squared of...Blenko pieces have a more rounded bottom...it also seems a little thin to be Blenko...as to maker...i couldn't guess as i am only familiar with Blenko Glass from America...

thank you. I don't think blenko either but a start. It doesn't have a pontil but is smooth on bottom.
