Title: lilac art deco glass vase,id of colour - ID = Bernsdorf 'BERLIN'

Hi can you please take a look at my Deco vase,i have researched many sites and links kindly given by this board but i am yet to find a maker that produced this colour of lilac glass..any ideas? lynn  :-\

this is a small Bernsdorf Berlin bowl http://www.pressglas-pavillon.de/schalen/01410.html

Bernsdorf offered the colour of yours as 'Amethyst'

Many thanks Pamela but i can't take the credit for the find as its part of a large collection my late Aunt left and i am supposed to be selling it off as i haven't the room but i think this may be a keeper as it is so beautiful and the colour is really delicate she would have bought it on her travels then all her glass went into display cases ! but i am tempted to use this one,do you think that is wise? Lynn

They were made and sold to be used! But using it might watermark it.  I doubt it has huge value, so your choice
