Title: unmarked Cameo cobalt base White overlayer

I picked this up the other day. it's unmarked. the decoration is very deep. I have a faint idea of who possibly could have made it but I am not going to say anything at this point because it's really just a WAG.

Not a clue I'm afraid but those pieces on the shelf with it are fantastic!Keith.

Seen lots of cameo in museums etc... but I don't recognise this,not even where or when it's from,sorry,Keith
