Hi,
Can anyone help with an ID on this bit of glass, I bought it because someone had taken the time to sign it AND the fantastic colour. It is marked Bristol on one side and it looks like Pete Holitt on another side. Any info would be appreciated. It is 3.5" tall and the bottom has been ground down so that it is flat.
Cheers, David

Hi,
thought i'd prod this item again as i'm sure someone must know something about it, any help greatly appreciated
Mods could you maybe stick it in the paperweight section for me, cheers :)

I think we need to see the signature. Your photos are too large and blow up too much. They need to be high resolution, but compressed so that the longest side is about 600 or 700 pixels. Take them high resolution and then resize them in a picture editing programme.
There are two places that make blue glass in Bristol

They could also do with being focused better as they are too fuzzy to see detail. If your camera has macro mode try using that instead, or stand further away and use the zoom instead of getting in too close.

Hi, I have now discovered just how easy it is to resize using irfanview, and I hope these pictures are better and can help someone out there recognise the signature and shed a bit of light on this wee pyramid, thank you in advance, David

Hmmm, I don't recall this from its first posting. Perhaps it was in Glass and was moved to Paperweights?
Have you tried contacting the compnaies that Christine linked to earlier?
-
Hi Kev, Yes on both accounts, I had to ask for it to be moved as I had posted in the wrong place, and yes I did contact both sites with no responce unfortunately, but I will e-mail again with the better pictures and see if I can get anywhere, Cheers, David.
