I'll be listing this one over the holidays and don't want to embarrass myself with an incorrect attribution. Paul Ysart right? Time frame?

Yes, Paul Ysart.

Time frame - Hmmm - Going by the pontil mark, probably pre-Caithness.
But better to check it under longwave and shortwave uv.
