Purchased this vase today for its lovely decoration ive not seen a piece like it and wondered where it may have been made if anyone recognises the item please let me, It measures around 7" tall and is a nice sea green coloured glass and appears too have been enamelled for the decoration?? The base has no pontil but some tooling marks there is wear not an immense age more than likely 20th centuary?

Nice unusual symbolism too. Interesting variation in decoration quality between the two pieces.

One possible interpretation
Axe = Military
Fasces = Usually a magistrate, but crossed with sword... summary justice offereed perhaps  ::)
Tower = safety.
