Title: Help in the id of this bowl/vase

I wonder if you will be able to help me id this bowl/vase as i have no idea of the maker and also the age .

The bowl/vase is heavy and has a clear base as the rest of it is blue . It is oval in shape and the measurements are :
height : 7"
widest point : 8.5"
narrow point : 6"

Looks like Milan Metelak for Harrachov to me, 1968 - 1970.
