This is signed orrefors, and looks like a wine coaster but seems to be a bit large at at 13.3 cm. Is this a wine coaster or something else? Did Orrefors name this pattern, and when did they make it? As usual, the stock numbers are illegible. Thanks for looking.

Hi Ken,
I'm not being funny, but could it possibly be a bowl stuck onto a glass plate? The bowl vaguely resembles an Orrefors design called Fleur, designer Jan Johansson but the "prongs" on Fleur aren't so tall.
Oh dear, that isn't much help, really. Hope you get your ID!

It really is just one piece. I found the Fleur pattern as well, and this does look a little different. Thanks for the comments.

I've seen these before, but can't recall their name or their designer. But I think they're 1970s/80s production and are just small bowls, as opposed to a wine coaster - or, perhaps, a tealight holder / votive?

I've had the same problem as everyone else. I'm sure I've seen this recently but can't find it anywhere. I thought the designer was Jan Johansson. The two patterns I can find are Fleur, like everybody else, and Mayflower, which is curved on the exterior. Small bowl, though, not wine coaster.
Still looking.

Daniel: Thanks for the ID. Do you know when it was designed, roughly?
Thanks.

late 60-s I suppose. It was in production until at least early 80-s.
