Title: Another ID Request-Small bowl, possibly French-late 1800's?

We purchased this from a dealer in U.S. who imported it from Europe, thought it might be French, late 1800's, but she wasn't certain.  We have tried a number of dealers at various shows, with no success.  The measurements are:
about 5.3 cm tall and 10.2 cm in diameter.  It has a broken pontil that has been heat polished some.  The number on the base is our collection number.  There are an assortment of bubbles throughout.  The brown was probably the last color that was applied, since you can feel a slight thickness change.  I don't see any evidence of cold working.  I think that is my best info.  Again, any and all help is greatly appreciated.  We did pay $100 for it, though the dealer was hoping for $200, it was a dealer we had bought quite a few pieces from.

I don't see the late 1800's french from it. I hate to say this but my first thought regarding this was Mexico 1960's. if not there then something like portugal. I really doubt french..

I can see what you think by thinking Mexican, but I must say that it far better than what I have seen of mid century Mexican, both in design and execution.  The only French I have seen is mostly cut back so I am only going by what the dealer told me.  Don't know if I have even seen any Portugese glass.  Thanks for looking and commenting.

I tend to think of abstract decoration like this as more likely the latter half of the 20th century, always exceptions though. Daum made some stunning glass in the 1920s that looks 'modern' to me and would sit happily alongside glass designed by Erik Hoglund or Michael Harris, in my not particularly humble opinion. :D

I have to add that there is more glass that I have not set eyes upon than I have. So lots to look forward to....
