An unsual looking bowl, measuring 7.5cm in height. Due to the shape of the bowl the pontil looks similar to a clover, but with 5 leaves. You can just about see 5 pleats or lines running along the sides.

It looks like a Whitefriars bowl, I am just going to bed, so don't have time to look up the number, but have a look in the 1957 catalogues on www.whitefriars.com. I am taking your word that it is Amber, it looks yellow in the photo!! Must try harder with the camera! LOL!!! :24:

Whitefriars 9377 I think, isn't it Emmi? I sold one in green a while back.

That's the one Anne :hiclp: (early birds, aren't we?)
-
Anne's a late bird, she won't have been to bed :24:

There is another small bowl which looks almost the same with pattern number 9293 which has to my knowledge a slightly narrower rim opening.........subject of much discussion at one time on .com. The question of the number of lines of bubbles was also discussed at length in order to tell them apart..........I am afraid I am not that picky for a bowl which looks the same! :D
