Title: Sommerso 3 sided/twisted lampbase

Is this lamp base Murano or something else please?
It has a triangular base and the stem becomes twisted.

Hi Anne,

The shape and color strikes me a little more as Val St. Lambert....  as they also did lamps in this style.

Thanks for the suggestion Craig.  It did occur to me it might be French, although its different in style to my Sevres lamp base, although it too has a triangular base.
