I have recently started collecting glass. Some pieces I know the history of, some I dont I just bought them bcos I liked them. This piece measures 15cm high and is quite heavy. It has band of deep blue & green "swirls" forming a concentric circle to the base with coresponding 'ridges' on the inside. I think it is hand made and believe the pontil mark has been polished out. Anyway any help gratefully accepted. ;D

Hi , im not the expert to ask on this ;) but i think surely its Stevens and Williams Blue Green pattern
c 1930s , theres a couple on this link,
