Maybe it was made from leftovers at IOW studios, colours are right, but probably not :D

My guess would be that it was lampworked.  Very thin on little pieces isn't worth the effort to hot work it.  We have a 'bird' that has similar colors, we have never been able to identify maker, though we know it was lampworked.  Which probably brings it to the 60's and Lauscha.  Just my thoughts.  We have a couple of hundred pieces of lampworking, both early 20th century to contemporary just to give my comments a little authenticity.

There is also an Israeli firm that does something similar , cant remember the name .

I think the leftover idea is a possibility. I recently saw some very small vases that had been created from the glass that was removed from larger pieces. The glassblower commented that that this was the only way he could get intense colours into a small piece. Still no idea of maker, though.
