Title: Nipple drinking glasses - ID = Webb's Bullseye

I know, I know - you want a photo of the base and I havent taken one!  However I hoped these might be unique enough for someone to be able to put a name to them?  Measure 3 inches high, and I also have some sundae bowls in the same design.  They are unlikely to be newer than the 60s as they came out of a garage in boxes which don't seem to have been touched in any way since then, and were wrapped in 1960s newspaper - however as always, no guarantees!

They look like they could be Webb's Bullseye. Clear was a later version. What are the bases like/
