I've merged your two sets of pics into one topic to keep them altogether (you do know that you can reply to your own posts as well don't you? Just checking as some folks don't realise that. ;))

Hi Keith- could you scan the front cover or dust cover for visual i.d., as sometimes these older books turn up any old where- even New Zealand! regards Carol

Original question was in Cafe, David, and you can't attach pics in Cafe. ;)
