Title: Need help on ID of 2 vases, similar, No idea on even Continent

I have included a coffee cup on the first and fourth image to give a reference on size.  The first three are of one, whole piece, top, then bottom.  The second set of 3 images are whole piece, top, then bottom.    These were purchased by us in the 80's and we still have no idea on them:  American, English, Italian ?????????

They both have numbers on the base, those numbers are reference numbers for our collection.  Any and all help is greatly accepted.  Many thanks in advance.  Jack

Bohemian I suspect, end of 19C, early 20C

Great, we now have not only a continent but a country, that is way close than I was.  Really do appreciate it.
