Does anyone have any clue who might have made these, especially the naughty dogs? Can anyone identify the species of the carnivore - I think it's supposed to be a lion, but someone mucked up one of the teeth.

Two dogs could be Pirelli, do the eyes have irises and pupils?

Hang on - irises and pupils? No, they have black pupils on the whites but no irises as such.

Less likely to be Pirelli in that case.
As to the carnivore, possibly a rabid hound foaming at the mouth.
Without finding a matching labelled/marked/catalogued example identification of lampwork is impossible as so many people have done it.

The "dogs and lamp-post" is a variant on a Czechoslovakian standard, from the 1920's, a politically-motivated humorous comment on the then 1st president T.G. Masaryk, and usually showing a dachshund (Masaryk had at least one).
None of the others shown appear in Brychta and Volf, "Zive Sklo", but you might try "Skleneny Figurky" by Milan Hlaves. Sadly the book is unavailable in English.
