Title: Britannia,Chances,got it!

7 inches high as the book says,no nibbles or chips(did they ever produce plain circular trays about 5 ins across?)

Well done, not a common sight.

Not sure what you mean by 'plain' circular trays - plain isn't a description I'd apply to Britannia! But no, I don't know of any.

Might be a milk jug if the dealer can find it.Didn't explain properly about the plain tray,unrelated to Britannia,pic' included,dealer thought it was Chances,I've never seen anything like it,

I was amazed how heavy Britannia pieces are for their size! My creamer is clear with white enamel in the patterning.

Tray looks like an undecorated blank perhaps?

Not a piece for lightweight shelves,mine are 2cm thick with plenty of support(home made)
