Title: Midnight Blue folded bowl/Ashtray?

Measuring 15.2cm X 10.8cm.   The base is 4.5cm and has a rim of 0.2 cm wide. 0.1cm deep.  It looks like press glass as there is no identifyable pontil.  Can anyone tell me who the age and the originator.    Many thanks!
