I have seen similar to this on "Great Glass" but would like confirmation on this piece, if possible. Unfortunately, it has a tiny nibble on the rim and some damage to the feet. The damage is very smooth, which lead me to believe it probably occured some time ago, but it still displays beautifully. It is UV reactive.

If S&W, I might expect a base pontil mark, a fire polished rather than a ground rim and perhaps a more accomplished acanthus leaf. This uranium white and blue combination is pretty common and I would say not S&W and maybe English and maybe Bohemian. Definitely late 19C.
I could be completely wrong though

Thanks Christine...I don't know much about the bases of such vases, maybe I should have a good read about them somewhere!
