Title: Large basket bowl. Dark Red

This is a large basket bowl with clear twisted handle.  The bowl measure approx. 17cm in height. The longest point of the bowl measures 19cm and the width at folded ends 11cm. The bowl has a flat polished base that measures approx. 6cm X 5cm. Can anyone identify this bowl and provide info. as to the originator and age.  Many thanks
