Hi,
There are a number of replacement glass websites on the interweb. These would be the best place, apart from a lucky find on ebay - but it would be best if you knew who the manufacturer was in order help them find what your looking for ;) :)
Sorry a bit difficult to tell from the photo, a tad on the dark side :-\

Hi, Can you provide measurement of the glass and would it be possible for you to place the item on a black matt finish background when taking a photo image? or can someone else advice? The only reason I am suggesting this is because I have sent images in the past and they have been very poor and had to resend them. I too am not very good at taking photo's but have learned to persevere when having to do them again. I hope you are able to replace your wine glass. ::)

looks very much like one of the standard machine made ARQUES glasses. Not sure if these are still in production, but they have been for a very long time. You should have no problem picking a set of these up in any charity shop - or maybe you get lucky at http://www.cristaldarquesparis.com/

I agree with Ivo they used to give them away at petrol stations if you spent more than ten bob on petrol ,
so there are plenty around in ~ charity shops~ . ;) :o

I think your glass is "Cristal D'Arques Longchamp Gold" - they have some on Ebay.
