Title: Help with smoke/crystal Scandinavian ? Holmegaard ? cream sugar set

Any help on this cream & sugar set would appreciated.

Smoke glass with clear handle, finial and bases.

Sugar has finished edges, creamer has fire polished top, both with ground / polished bottom.

Sugar 6 3/4" high and 3 1/2" wide, creamer 5 1/4" high.

I've looked through my references and didn't come up with anything.

Not Holmegaard, but I've no idea beyond that.
