Czech, possibly modern Desna, originally Schlevogt. may have had a lid originally, or it may have been cut down. A perfume bottle is also found in this pattern, very much like a tiny version of Lalique's 'Formose' pattern. Perfume bottle can be seen in Schlevogt's 1939 catalogue, available from Pressglas-korrespondenz here: http://www.pressglas-korrespondenz.de/archiv/pdf/pk-2004-1w-04-mb-schlevogt-1939-ingrid-bilder.pdf
