Title: Pulled feather heavy green vase. Vintage or modern?

I bought this vase in a secondhand shop. No marks on it, but I can't find anything else like it in my basic research.  It could be something modern from TK Max or it might be something more interesting.
Any thoughts/opinions would be appreciated.
