Number 3 is a Libochovice set, items 2215 (jug) and 2216 (platter).  pre-WW2, going by the pattern numbers.  Both are in the 1958 catalogue on the CD accompanying Marcus's book.

It must have been a bestseller, as I don't think there's a boot sale or antique centre where there isn't one  :24:
