Title: Decanter - Three ribbed neck? (crystal)

This is an unusual decanter, that measures 26.5cm and 5.3cm dia. at top.  The base dia. measures 9.8cm.  Can anyone identify this please.  I have looked all day and unable to find one similar.  Can anyone identify this please.  Many thanks.

Hi all,  I have been doing some research into this decanter and the only info. I could obtain is from this site below.  If anyone can provide any further information regarding this victorian decanter, please let me know.   Kind Regards  :thup:
