It's 5 inches in length and 3.5 inches tall , with clear polished base. Any ideas would be of huge help, cheers !!

I had a clear one looked the same with old Czech label . A little less than 5 inches i believe , there was also an early W/Fs one but i believe the beak was nearer to the breast , Patrick will know he has been looking for one for years .

Thanks for your feedback John and Carol ...very interesting !!
There is a tenuous Whitefriars link in that the duck was sat next to a Whitefriars ruby pear in the shop that I bought them. I bought the pear and then went back to buy the duck , thinking there might be an outside chance that it could be Whitefriars (being the eternal optimist that I am ! ) . The beak is much more curvy and less flat, I think, than a Whitefriars one. The colour (if it is Whitefriars....but most likely not !) might be cinnamon. Also I thought that Whitefriars only produced ducks with bubbles ....is this a correct assumption ? Anyway, I thought I might post a shot of the beak ad base if that can give any more clues. Thanks loads !

Hi Mike i dont think it is W/Fs but the early duck had no bubbles , Check out members galleries on W/Fs .com Patrick Hogan u will see the duck there , if it were W/FS i think you would have had a PM by now .JP

Hi John,
I had no idea that Whitefriars produced ducks without bubbles ! Something to look out for. :o.. As you say the beak is much lower down and is flatter . It just shows how beaks can say so much :ac1: !! Cheers, Mike .
