The sticks are 12" tall. They are blown glass. Sorry, no pics of the bottoms. They do glow. Any ideas as to origin? Thanks for looking.

Based on the shape and cuttings, I really don't think they are US made. Only a couple of companies in the US could have made them, and neither one is their shape (thinking of Pairpoint/Mt. Washington and Steuben). These are most likely English or European. It is a marvelous set and I would be proud to own them if they were in my collection. I was almost like Pavlov's dog when I looked at the photos.....I seemed to have gotten a bit of excess moisture in my mouth while looking at them!

I would not totally rule out Fry or Sinclaire either since both blew & cut glass & neither company has ever been completely cataloged. Another possibility (although it is remote) would be from a Tiffin blower. Notice I say Tiffin blower not Tiffin Glass because once a month the workers could have four hours off company time, but could use any gather to create items for sale at the outlet store on Saturdays & these are one-of-a-kind items. These guys were creative & quite a few Steuben type look-a-like candlesticks & bowls were produced for private worker sales at the outlet. This went on for over 40 years. Ken
