Title: LARGE CLEAR STAR FISH DESIGN PAPERWEIGHT. GOLD SPECKLED?

A rather large paperweight.  Measuring 9.5cm dia.  Height 7.5cm and the base dia. 6cm.  This paperweight is very heavy.  Can anyone identify this please.  Kind Regards.

Chinese most likely, as the bottom appears to be matte.
