Title: Large blue vase

Hi All,
Could anyone help me to identify the origins and age of this vase?. The vase is cased with a light blue speckled pattern along with vertical and horizontal lines with bulls eye type inclusions between some of the lines. The vase is very difficult to photograph so please forgive the quality of the images I will try to upload better ones. The vase is 9.25" in height and 7.25" wide the base has a polished pontil and has the remnants of a label. Hope you can help.

I don't know what it is, but its a nice piece of glass.
