Just for curiosity, any one recognise the makers mark on the base of this vase?

I recognise it - because I have a vase with the same mark. But I don't know whose mark it is. I raised a thread about it some years ago.
My vase (http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pid=3218&fullsize=1) (which when I bought it I thought might be French, because of the look of the decoration)
The mark on my vase. (http://glassgallery.yobunny.org.uk/displayimage.php?pid=3216&fullsize=1)
Even if this mark is not identified, the eBay example helps me a bit because it shows detail that is missing from mine. :)

I have found the earlier message (http://www.glassmessages.com/index.php/topic,7160.msg60699.html#msg60699) I referred to. Not started by me, but I added an "I've got one like it" post.
Ron of Midwest US said: From my scribbled notes it's Alnin (or Alvin) & Co., France.
Still uncertain?

Interesting stuff Kev. Nice enamel work. French a possibility.
