hi,this is 8 1/2inch tall with ribbs at the bottom,polished out pontil at the base,god knowa why lee bought this!at least he's looking at glass again!thanks kaz

To be honest, I find that attribution rather unlikely. I doubt that much Morgantown glass is found here in the UK. Continental Europe seems much more likely to me for cost reasons. The US glass we find generally seems stuff that wasn't made in s similar form here.
