Title: Help with large vase ID please

Hi all
I'm looking for help in identifying the maker of this large vase which stands 312mm (12.3") tall and weighing in at 2 kg.
The pontil has been snapped off and a there is a fairly deep dimple in the base.

Hi Heron,
i would think its a fairly recent production, id lean towards China or Eastern Europe.
Looks like the sort of thing for sale in shops such as TK Maxx ,
someone may prove me wrong however ;)
