Welcome to the board. We really need dimensions, a base shot and another picture of the vase against a plain white background to help.

hi apologies for delay this piece is 13cm high mould blown base  and 15cm wide there is age wear to the base

Fenton Art Glass made a piece similar to this for a New York-based importer/giftware firm called Rubel in the 1950s-60s. I suspect yours is the made in Europe version that Rubel couldn't get done any more, so they turned to Fenton.
