Just thought id pop these on .I thought as they are quite unusual, someone may recogonise them.
Very Green, in normal sunshine, glow under uv.
I would imagine they are British, the cut pattern makes me think that, not sure why
Cheers

No idea who made them but they are part of a service in the same pattern. Right up to WW2 a glass service contained not only water, port, champagne, red wine etc. but also a set of glasses specially for white (Rhine) wine. This had a uranium green bowl and a clear stem. Quite often they became separated from the main service as they were little used and were the first to go when lack of space struck.

Thanks Ivo, interesting, so only some of the set would be in Green.
These are not very big, 4 7/8inches, 12.5cm,not very big, do you mean a dessert sweet wine?
like a Gewurztraminer , or Muscat?
Cheers
