Title: ID help - antique weight

I think that this paperweight (http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/710-53481-19255-0/1?icep_ff3=2&pub=5574631383&toolid=10001&campid=5336261829&customid=&icep_item=280475766440&ipn=psmain&icep_vectorid=229508&kwid=902099&mtid=824&kw=lg) is an attractive antique, but was not made  by Baccarat. Might it be from the New England Glass Company? Any views?

Definitely NEGC. And now that it has been brought into the public discussion, I guess your not bidding Alan?

Hi Andy

Correct - I don't see it being a bargain with the word 'Baccarat' in the title.

Many collectors will spot it as a result; some will think it is Baccarat, others may know better - but IMHO there will be enough bids to take it to a 'market price'. That seems to be the rule whenever the magic words Baccarat, Clichy or St Louis appear (more or less correctly) in the item title.
