It's not Carnival, Pamela (not iridised). It looks like United States Glass "Bullseye & Fan" pattern.

Some additional info: the shape is the lemonade pitcher plus the tumbler, of course. The colour is sapphire blue with gilding (beautiful). The pattern is also known as "Daisy in Oval Panels".

Heacock & Bickenheuser (Victorian Coloured Pattern Glass book 5; U. S. Glass from A-Z) state the date for this pattern is c. 1905.
