Title: Cranberry and Gold pattern design Vase.
Post by: Otis Orlando on March 11, 2010, 06:36:12 PM
This is a beautiful small vase with pleats around the top painted in gold on the edge.  On close inspection of the body of the vase.  There are small ripples that run from the largest dia. point to the neck.  The vase measures 16cm in height, 6cm at the top and base 4.5cm.  There is a polished concave pontil measuring 3cm dia. This also has ripples to the base. The widest part of the vase itself measures 6.5cm.  Unable to trace origin and hopefully age.  Can anyone identify this please.   Kind Regards

Borske Sklo might be an option

Not sure what it's doing in paperweights though
