Title: Large green wine glass

I have a number of wine glasses but nothing like this one. This particular piece has and unusual  shape.  They are 12 relatively flat sides, which creates a mirror affect.  The vase measures 22.5cm high, 8.5cm dia. at the top and 12.5cm dia. at widest point. The stem is twisted with 6 sections.  The stem is approx. 10cm in height.  The base dia. 8.7cm.  The base is polished and uneven around the centre.  Can anyone identify this please.   Kind Regards
